基于PubMed数据库近十年国外针灸治疗偏头痛文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的明确国外针灸治疗偏头痛文献分布特点和主要研究方向,了解国外针灸治疗偏头痛的研究现状,为进一步的研究提供参考。方法运用文献计量学和共词聚类分析的方法对Pub Med数据库收录的2004-2013年国外针灸治疗偏头痛相关文献进行分析。结果共检出发表的有关偏头痛论文88篇,相关高频主题词共37个,共词聚类分析发现高频主题词聚类为2个类别。结论从文献计量的角度客观反映国外针灸治疗近十年偏头痛的研究情况,研究热点主要集中在预防和治疗领域。Objective To know the distribution characteristics and research direction of foreign acupuncture treatment for migraine disorders related literature; To understand the research status of foreign acupuncture treatment for migraine disorders; To provide reference for further researches. Methods Articles related to foreign acupuncture treatment for migraine disorders and published during 2004 to 2013 in Pub Med database were analyzed through bibliometrics and clustering analysis methods. Results A total of 88 articles associated with migraine disorders and a total of 37 high frequency keywords were retrieved in Pub Med database. Clustering analysis found that high frequency keywords could be divided into two categories. Conclusion The results objectively reflect the research status and progress of foreign acupuncture treatment for migraine disorders in recent ten years from the perspective of bibliometric analysis. The research hotspots should focus on the fields of prevention and treatment.
