摘 要:目的通过对脂质体专利文献的计量学研究,考察脂质体技术的发展情况、研究现状及其预期发展等内容。方法以佰腾网专利检索数据库作为数据来源,收集脂质体技术相关专利文献,并通过专利情报分析方法对其技术发展阶段、技术生命周期、相关专利法律状态等内容进行研究。结果我国脂质体技术研究状况发展态势良好,研究成果能较好地从技术向应用转化,技术市场活跃度高,但脂质体技术的研究尚处于起步期到发展期,目前未见该技术进入成熟期的明显信号,且脂质体领域的研究需要更多新的科技手段的介入来推动其发生质的变化。结论随着新技术的介入,脂质体技术将会得到长足发展,为药物靶向制剂的研制作出巨大贡献。Objective To investigate the development situation of liposome technology, research status, and expected development through metrology study of literature about liposome patent. Methods Baiten patent retrieval database was set as the data source to collect liposome technology related patent literature, and technological development stage, technological life cycle, related patent legal status, etc. were analyzed through patent intelligence analysis method. Results The research situation in the field of liposome technology in China is good. The research achievements can be transformed to application. The technology market is active. However, the researches on liposome technology are in the initial phase to developing phase. There has not shown any obvious signal to indicate that the technology would come into mature phase. In addition, the researches on liposome technology require more new technological methods to promote radical changes. Conclusion With the involvement of new technology, liposome technology will achieve significant development and make huge contributions to the development of targeting preparation.
