摘　　要：在信息化社会高速发展的今天,对中小城市而言,建立区域信息资源共享是十分有必要的。本文在分析当地市情的基础上,探讨了高等院校图书馆加入区域信息资源共享的服务模式,构建"总分馆制、政府主导、社区协调、经费分担、资源共享、服务居民"的区域信息资源共享体系,对完善中小城市的公共文化服务体系有一定作用。In today's rapid development of information society, it is necessary for small and medium-sized cities to establish regional information resource sharing. Based on analysis of local situation, this article discussed the service mode of libraries of college and university joining the regional information resource sharing, with a purpose to build a regional information resource sharing system with the features of 'center-branch system, government leading, community coordination, fund and resource sharing, and serving residents', which can perfect the public cultural service system of small and medium-sized cities to some extent.
