摘　　要：笔者在文中给出了中医药图书馆馆员职业素养的定义,从而明确界定了中医药图书馆馆员职业素养所应包含的内容。并结合本单位图书馆的实际情况和其他学者的观点,讨论了中医药图书馆主要工作岗位对馆员职业素养的要求,以及改善和提升馆员职业素养的措施,以期为中医药图书馆全面改善和提升馆员的职业素养提供参考。This article, first of all, defined the professional qualities of librarians of traditional Chinese medicine library(PQLTCML) and clearly described the content that the PQLTCML should contain. Then, it discussed the requirements for the PQLTCML at different work positions in a typical traditional Chinese medicine library and the measures to raise the level of the PQLTCML based on the analysis of the actual situation of the PQLTCML in the library for which the authors work and the academic viewpoints of other scholars, with a purpose to provide reference for overall improvement of TCM libraries and the PQLTCML.
