摘  要:用LI-6400型便携式光合作用测定系统对越南抱茎茶Camellia amplexicaulis光合特性进行了研究。结果表明:越南抱茎茶净光合速率日变化呈单峰型曲线,峰值出现在上午11:00左右,为20.34umol·m-2·s-1;通过光响应曲线拟合得知其光补偿点为4 umol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点为600 umol·m-2·s-1。多元线性回归分析表明:越南抱茎茶净光合速率与光强、水分利用效率、蒸腾速率和细胞间CO2浓度之间具有极显著正相关性(P≤0.01),相关系数分别为:0.979、0.987、0.998、0.999。此外,其与大气温度之间具有显著正相关性(0.01≤P≤0.05),相关系数:0.999。The photosynthetic characteristics of Camellia amplexicaulis, were studied with LI-6400(Li-Cor Inc, USA) Portable photosynthesis system. The results show that the curves of diurnal variation in Pn (net photosynthetic rate) had a peak at about 11:00 o’clock am, and reached to 20.34umol?m-2?s-1, Light compensation point of photosynthesis of Camellia amplexicaulis in un-folding leaves was 4 μmol?m-2?s-1. Light saturation point of photosynthesis was 600 μmol?m-2?s-1. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that: the net photosynthetic rate of Camellia amplexicaulis had extremely significant positive correlation (P<0.01) with light and effective radiation, moisture between the transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration efficiency, the correlation coefficients were:0.979, 0.987, 0.998, 0.999. In addition, which also had a significant positive correlation with the atmospheric temperature (0.01≤P≤0.05), correlation coefficient:0.999.
