摘  要:在研究某高炮重力矩、平衡力矩的基础上,对某高炮平衡机进行了优化设计。建立不平衡力矩理论模型,确定平衡机优化设计目标函数及设计变量,形成平衡机优化设计数学模型。基于复合形法,编制优化设计计算程序,获得了某高炮高低射界内平衡机优化设计参数。平衡机优化设计结果能很好满足高炮的总体布置及使用性能要求,提高了平衡机设计效率。Based on study of gravitation moment and balance moment of an anti-aircraft gun,the theoretical model of unbalance moment was established,the objective function and design variables of optimal design of balancer were confirmed,as well as the mathematic model was established.Based on complex method,optimal design calculation program was compiled,and the optimal design parameters of balancer were obtained in elevation limits of an anti-aircraft gun.The optimal design results of balancer could completely meet the overall layout and operational requirements of an anti-aircraft gun and the design efficiency of balancer was improved.
