摘 要:在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上对低Mo管线钢X80进行了不同热变形条件下的压缩试验,分析了变形温度、变形量和变形速率对材料组织特征和相变动力学的影响,结果表明:随变形温度的降低,低Mo管线钢X80奥氏体(γ)晶界变得不明显,板条贝氏体(LB)变短且数量减少,变形温度对相变动力学的影响不大;随变形量的增加,板条贝氏体和粒状贝氏体(GB)减少而针状铁素体(AF)增多,板条贝氏体束(Bainite Packet)内的M/A岛尺寸减小且分布更加弥散化,相变动力学曲线右移;随变形速率的降低,奥氏体晶界的多边形特征变得不明显,板条贝氏体数量减少,M/A岛尺寸减小且分布弥散化,相变动力学曲线右移。Hot compression experiment of low Mo pipeline steel X80 was carried out on a Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator,the effect of deformation temperature and deformation degree and deformation rate on the microstructure and transformation kinetics of the steel was researched,The results show that with the increase of deformation temperature,austenite grain boundaries becomes unapparent,lath bainite( LB) becomes short and the amount of it decreases,the effect of deformation temperature on transformation kinetics is not obvious.With the increase of deformation degree,the amount of LB and granular bainite( GB) decreases,but the amount of acicular ferrite( AF)increases,the size of M / A islands in the bainite packet gets small and the distribution of it becomes more dispersive,the transformation kinetics moves to right. With the decrease of deformation rate,austenite grain boundaries becomes unapparent,the amount of LB decrease,the size of M / A islands gets small and the transformation kinetics moves to right.
