摘  要:在实验室中采用无抑制剂法制备取向硅钢,对无抑制剂取向硅钢的热轧和常化工艺进行了研究。结果表明,850℃常化的取向硅钢组织中具有更多的{111}面组分,有助于晶界迁移发生二次再结晶而形成单一Goss织构;而900℃、950℃常化后的取向硅钢中晶粒尺寸过大,晶界数量减少,不利于二次再结晶的发展。随常化温度升高;磁感应强度降低;铁损值增高。Grain-oriented silicon steel without inhibitors was prepared in laboratory. Hot rolling and normalizing processes of the steel were studied. The results show that when normalizing at 850 ℃ the steel has more { 111} plane component which is contributed to form the single Goss texture by secondary recrystallization in the migration of grain boundary. But after normalizing at higher temperature,such as900 ℃ and 950 ℃,the steel has oversized grains and fewer grain boundaries,which is unfavourable for secondary recrystallization. The magnetic properties of B800= 1. 86 T and P1. 7 /50= 1. 52 W / kg are obtained for the grain-oriented silicon steel after normalizing at 850 ℃.With the increasing of the normalizing temperature,the magnetic induction intensity decreases and the iron loss is raised.
