摘 要:采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)、显微硬度和电子通道衬度像(ECC)等方法研究了一种Al-Mn合金的均匀化制度对随后的再结晶过程的影响。结果表明,合金的再结晶动力学和再结晶织构取决于最初的均匀化工艺,退火过程中同时产生的析出相与再结晶有强烈的相互作用。经过双级均匀化(620℃/10 h+440℃/12 h)处理的合金的再结晶温度比经单级均匀化(620℃/10 h)处理的明显降低;单级均匀化处理析出的析出相对晶界迁移有较强的钉扎作用,再结晶后晶粒形貌与双级均匀化处理样品有很大差异;文章最后讨论了均匀化工艺对再结晶织构的影响。Effect of homogenization process on recrystalization was investigated by means of electron backscatter diffraction( EBSD),hardness test and electron channeling contrast imaging( ECC). The results indicate that the recrystalization kinetics and texture depend on the homogenization process, and the concurrent precipitation strongly interacts with the recrystallizedation during annealing. The recrystalization temperature of the alloy treated by two-step homogenization( 620 ℃ /10 h + 440 ℃ /12 h) is lower than that of the sample treated by one-step homogenization( 620 ℃ /10 h). As the dispersoids precipitated during one step homogenization have strong pinning on grain boundary,the recrystalizaed grain structure has significant differences compared to that of the two-step homogenization. The article also discusses the influence of homogenization treatment on recrystalization texture of the alloy treated by two different homogenization processes.
