摘 要:利用光学显微镜、SEM与拉伸试验研究了15Cr-5Ni不锈钢冷轧板在不同热处理工艺下显微组织与力学性能的变化,并采用EBSD技术分析了析出物与基体的取向关系。结果表明,力学性能与相态的转变及碳化物析出有关;保温过程中析出的奥氏体相与基体呈特殊取向关系;层片状的奥氏体以残留奥氏体为核心并以无扩散的切变方式逆转变长大;逆转变奥氏体与原始奥氏体晶粒取向一致,同时同一原始晶粒内的逆转变奥氏体间也存在孪晶关系。Microstructure and mechanical properties of cold-rolled 15Cr-5Ni stainless steel after different heat treatments were studied by means of optical mircoscope( OM),scanning electron microscope( SEM) and tensile tests. Furthermore,electron backscatter diffraction( EBSD) technique was used to characterize the orientation relationship( OR) between precipitated phase and matrix. The results show that the mechanical properties of the steels are relevant to the phase transition and carbide precipitation. The special ORs appear between the reversed austenite phase and matrix during thermal ageing,and the lamellar austenite can form along the martensite interlath boundaries and prior austenise grain boundaries in a diffusionless manner,with retained austenite as the core. The reversed austenite grains have the same orientation with the primitive austenite grain. The twin relationship between the reversed austenite phases in a same primitive austenite grain present also.
