摘 要:采用销盘摩擦磨损试验机研究了不同载荷下45钢与DC53钢(Cr12Mo V1)的干滑动摩擦学行为。通过SEM、XRD、SIMS等分析了45钢的磨损机理及其摩擦诱发的变形层特征。结果表明,载荷从40 N增加到60 N时,45钢销试样的磨损率增加量远大于DC53钢盘试样的磨损率增加量,载荷的变化对平均摩擦系数的大小几乎无影响;40 N载荷条件下,45钢销试样表面主要发生磨粒磨损和轻微的粘着磨损,60 N载荷条件下,45钢销试样表面主要发生粘着磨损;45钢销试样的摩擦影响层均由摩擦表层和塑性变形层组成,60 N载荷条件下销试样的塑性变形层深度大于40 N载荷条件下的销试样;45钢销试样的磨损表层出现了晶粒细化的现象,60 N载荷条件下的晶粒细化更明显;磨损表层中的细晶铁素体主要是由摩擦磨损过程中摩擦热和塑性变形共同作用导致的动态再结晶诱发的。The dry sliding wear behavior of 45 steel against DC53 steel under different load was investigated by a pin-on-disc wear tester. The mechanism of wear and characteristics of sliding friction-induced deformation layer( SFIDL) was also investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy( SEM),X-ray diffraction( XRD) and transmission electron microscope( TEM). Results show that the gain of mass loss of 45 steels is larger than that of DC53 steel with the increasing load from 40 N to 60 N. Average coefficient is not directly relation to load gain. Abrasive wear as well as little adhesive wear occurs in 45 steel sample under the load of 40 N,while the 45 steel sample under the load of 60 N mainly undergoes adhesive wear. The SFIDL of 45 steel pin beneath the worn surface includes two layers,which correspond to the tribolayer and plastically deformed layer. The depth of plastically deformed layer of 45 steel pin samples under the load of 60 N is bigger than that of pin samples under the load of 40 N. Grain refinement can be occurred beneath the worn surface of 45 steel pin samples after test,while the grain refinement of pin samples under the load of 60 N is more obvious. The forming mechanism of ultra-fined ferrite is mainly considered to be the joint action of dynamic recrystallization induced mainly by frictional heat and severe shear deformation.
