摘 要:使用氧化钆、氧化铕和偏钒酸铵为原料,以CTAB为表面活性剂,用水热合成法改变表面活性剂CTAB加入量和p H值,制备出从微米尺度到纳米尺度的一系列Gd VO4:Eu3+荧光粉。使用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和荧光光谱(PL)等测试手段对样品的物相、形貌、发光性能进行表征,研究了表面活性剂CTAB浓度和反应液的p H值对Gd VO4:Eu3+荧光粉形貌与性能的影响。结果表明,反应液的p H值显著影响样品的晶粒尺寸,p H=1时得到了微米级的晶体颗粒,p H=4时得到边长为200 nm左右的晶片产物,而在p H=7时得到尺度10-20 nm的小晶片,在p H=10的碱性条件下出现了氢氧化物杂质。不同表面活性剂的加入量显著改变了晶体生长方向和团聚方式,从而改变了样品的最终形貌。样品的发光性能随着晶粒尺寸和结晶度变化显著,百纳米边长结晶良好的Gd VO4:Eu3+四方晶片的发光性能最为优良。Luminescent phosphors Gd VO4: Eu3 +was prepared in solutions with different p H values by hydrothermal synthesis route using Gd2O3, NH4VO3 and Eu2O3as precursors, and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) as surfactant. The synthesized products were characterized in terms of morphology, structure and luminescent performance by means of XRD, SEM, TEM, and PL. The results show that in an acid solution with p H=1, the size of synthesized Gd VO4: Eu3 +crystal grains is of micron scale;in a solution with p H=4, their size shrinks to nano-scale; it turned out well-dispersed nano-flakes of about50 nm in solution with p H=7; besides, in solution with p H=10, a certain amount of impurity Gd(OH)3was detected by XRD for the synthesized Gd VO4: Eu3+crystal grains. On the other hand, the surfactant affected obviously the final morphology of the synthesized Gd VO4: Eu3 +crystal grains in terms of changes in the crystal growth direction and the aggregation shape, correspondingly, the luminescent properties were affected by grain size and crystallinity. It turned out that square Gd VO4: Eu3 +nano-crystals with well crystallinity represented the optimal emission performance. But it is noted that the aggregation effect may weaken the luminescent property of the products.
