摘 要:为分析节段接缝薄弱层对大跨悬浇预应力混凝土箱梁变形的影响,以虎门大桥辅航道桥施工阶段分析有限元模型为基础,建立带节段接缝薄弱层单元的有限元模型。考虑节段接缝薄弱层单元的材料特性、单元长度的影响,运用有限元法对该问题进行分析。结果表明,节段接缝薄弱层的变形对大跨悬浇预应力混凝土箱梁累积位移的影响不可忽略;节段接缝薄弱层的剪切变形很小,对箱梁变形的影响主要由节段接缝薄弱层的弯曲变形引起。同时,提出采用凿毛的施工工艺措施来减小这种影响。In order to analyze the effect of segmental joint weak layers on deformation of long span cantilever-casting PC box girders, FE models with segmental joint weak layer elements were established based on the FE model considering construction processes of the assistant shipping channel bridge of humen bridge.Considering variations in thickness and material properties of segmental joint weak layer elements, the problem was studied with FEA.The results showed that deformation of segmental joint weak layers could lead to significant increment in cumulative deformation of long span cantilever-casting PC box girders; the shearing deformation of segmental joint weak layers was quite small, and this effect was mainly induced by bending deformation of segmental joint weak layers. Meanwhile, construction technology measure of chiselling was proposed to decrease the effect.
