摘  要:兴平某工业厂房使用年限已久,其结构形式为单层钢筋混凝土排架结构。经检测鉴定,多处混凝土柱,屋面板钢筋外漏,且外漏钢筋锈蚀严重,屋架与天窗竖向连接柱存在竖向裂缝,屋架与排架柱端连接处漏筋、锈蚀现象严重,并且厂房需更换吨位更大的吊车。考虑到厂房的安全性,提出相应的加固设计方案,钢筋混凝土吊车梁利用外包型钢进行加固,并利用预应力钢带对柱进行了加固,以满足结构承载的要求。The service life of an industrial plant in Xingping has been too long,and the structure form is single story reinforced concrete bent structure. The inspection results showed the exposed steel of concrete column and roof panels,and the reinforcement corrosion was serious,vertical cracks occurred in the vertical column connecting the roof truss with the skylight,and the exposed steel in the connection between the roof and the end of bent frame column. The factory needed to use the higher tonnage crane for especial use,and the strengthening design scheme was proposed for the safety of the plant. The reinforced concrete crane beam was reinforced by encasing profiled steel,and the column was reinforced by prestressed steel strip to meet the requirements of good performances of this factory.
