摘　　要：工业遗产处在开始与兴起的平衡点,学界已针对概念界定、案例引进、政策导论阶段做了深入的讨论,而在工业遗产适应性再利用的活化途径中,其价值认定的方式及调查方法的合理运用成为保护工作中不容忽视的重点。银川的工业建筑具有一定的地域特色,通过价值认定重新定义了工业遗产在城市的历史、文化、经济、技术、建筑等方面的重要价值,在适应高度城市化的经济市场中存在着较多问题,通过提出适应地域特性的改造方法及活化途径来应对当下亟待解决的问题,为地区生态经济的常态化发展与多文化交织的网络构建平衡。The industrial heritages are at a balanced point of start and rise.Concept definition, case introduction and policy introduction stage were discussed in-depth by the academic circles. The reasonable use of the value identification pattern and investigation methods of industrial heritages has become the key point during the activation ways of adaptive reuse of the industrial heritages. The industrial buildings in Yinchuan have some regional characteristics.The important value of the industrial heritages in the history, culture, economy, technology and buildings etc of a city was redefined by the value identification methods.There are many problems on the economic market that accommodates high-degree urbanization.Hence, reforming methods and activation ways adapting regional characteristics were proposed to solve the urgent matters.It was attempted to construct a complicated balance for the normal development of regional economy and multi-cultural network.
