摘 要:通过对11根玄武岩纤维布加固损伤钢筋混凝土梁对比试验,研究了玄武岩纤维布粘贴层数、混凝土表面凿毛和锚固类型对加固梁极限承载力、刚度和破坏形态的影响。试验结果表明:与未加固梁相比,玄武岩纤维布粘贴2~4层时,加固梁的极限承载力提高了41.26%~79.23%,极限承载力与粘贴层数之间不呈线性关系;粘贴5层时,会出现剥离破坏;混凝土表面凿毛可有效避免粘贴界面的剥离破坏,但对提高试验梁极限承载力和降低挠度影响较小;钢板螺栓联合锚固加固效果较好。Eleven reinforced concrete ( RC ) beams with externally bonded BFRP sheets were experimentally investigated.The effect of BFRP layers, the concrete surface artificial chiseling and anchor type on ultimate loads, stiffness and failure mode of the beams were studied.The test results showed that the ultimate bearing capacity of the damaged RC beams strengthened with BFRP sheets from two to four layers were enhanced by 41.26%~79.23%, as compared with those of the control specimens, but the relationship between ultimate bearing capacity and the layer of basalt fiber sheets was not linear.When five layers were pasted, peeling failure was observed.The concrete surface artificial chiseling treatment could avoid the peeling failure, but the effect on improving the ultimate bearing capacity and reducing the deflection of the test beams was small.The reinforcing effect of a steel plate-bolt anchorage was good.
