基于长春市标准化“日系住宅”现状的研究

摘　　要：《满洲国规格型住宅设计图集》是中小套型"日系住宅"设计、施工的资料大全,它是反映伪满时期标准化低、多层城市住宅的建设水平的重要历史文献。通过对《满洲国规格型住宅设计图集》的研究,对长春市内现存的、日占时期的标准化"日系住宅"进行较全面的分析,认为"日系住宅"所采用的当时较为先进的技术、方法和材料,以及适应地域特征对我国东北地区现代建筑设计、施工有着重要的参考价值。Manchukuo Standardized Residential Design Atlas is the source book for the design and construction of small and medium sized 'Japanese-style houses'which is the important historical document reflecting the former construction level of standardized low and multi-layer housings in Manchuyao Period. Based on the study of Manchukuo Standardized Residential Design Atlas,it was made a comprehensive field survey to Changchun existing standardized 'Japanese-style houses'in Japanese occupation period. It was recognized that the advanced techniques,methods and materials at that time were used for such Japanese-style houses,which provided an important reference for design and construction of modern buildings in northeastern area of China.
