摘  要:采用拉伸试验机、金相显微镜、透射电镜(TEM)对不同温度、不同应变速率下2Cr12Ni Mo1W1V叶片钢的力学性能和微观组织进行分析。结果表明,2Cr12Ni Mo1W1V钢的高温拉伸性能优良。随着温度升高,试验钢强度指标降低,塑性指标升高,900℃的断面收缩率达到94.1%,试样对应变速率的敏感性较小。随温度升高,试验钢位错密度明显减少,位错线变为直长条状。300℃时出现含V量较高、弥散分布的新析出相,钢塑性变差。900℃时,大部分马氏体分解为铁素体+碳化物,少部分区域发生再结晶,电子衍射图显示碳化物为M23C6,且其晶带轴[011]与基体晶带轴[001]平行。Mechanical properties and microstructure of 2Cr12 Ni Mo1W1V blade steel under various temperatures and strain rates were investigated by means of metallographic microscope,tensile test machine,TEM respectively. The results indicate that the high temperature tensile properties of 2Cr12 Ni Mo1W1V steel are excellent. As the temperature rises,the strength decreases and the plasticity increases,reduction of area reaches 94. 1% at 900 ℃ and the sensibility of stress strain rate is minor. As the temperature rises,the dislocation density of the steel reduces significantly,the dislocation line turns into straight band-like form. At 300 ℃,due to the new precipitation distribution with high content of V phase appeared,the plasticity of steel becames bad. When the temperature is 900 ℃,the majority of martensite decomposes into ferrite and carbide,a fewer of them occur as recrystallizing. The electron diffraction patterns show that the carbide is M23C6,and the [011] crystal band axis is parallel to the [001] substrate axis.
