摘 要:研究了不同回火温度对Cr8Ni2Mo Nb衬板钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,Cr8Ni2Mo Nb钢在930℃淬火时的组织为马氏体、颗粒碳化物和残留奥氏体。当回火温度在180~380℃区间时,试验钢的硬度随回火温度升高而降低,回火温度在380~480℃区间时,硬度随回火温度升高而增加。试验钢在450~520℃回火时明显出现二次硬化现象,480℃时达到峰值硬度42 HRC。Cr8Ni2Mo Nb钢在480~520℃区间回火时有较好的冲击性能,同时也能保持较高硬度。Effects of tempering temperature on microstructure and properties of Cr8Ni2 Mo Nb lining plate steel were studied. The results show that the microstructure of Cr8Ni2 Mo Nb steel quenched at 930 ℃ is composed of martensite,granular carbides and retained austenite. When the tempering temperature is in the range of 180-380 ℃,the hardness of the tested steel decreases with the increasing of tempering temperature. When tempering in the range of 380-480 ℃,the hardness increases with the tempering temperature increasing. Secondary hardening appears in the tested steel when tempered in the range of 450-520 ℃,and the hardness of the tested steel tempered at 480 ℃reaches the peak value 42 HRC. Cr8Ni2 Mo Nb steel has better impact property and high hardness when tempered at 480-520 ℃.
