摘  要:对Al-25%Si合金采用固溶处理,用金相显微镜分析在不同处理工艺条件的显微组织,并采用image pro-plus软件测定固溶处理后合金组织中初生Si相的尺寸、形态和数量分布。用布氏硬度计测量不同试验条件下试样的硬度,并进行数据分析。通过控制固溶处理温度、固溶时间等工艺参数,最终确定了优化初生硅相的最优工艺条件。Solution treatment was carried out on Al-25%Si alloy,the microstructure under different treatment processes was analyzed by optical microscope,and the size,shape and quantity distribution of the primary Si phase after solution treatment were measured by software image pro-plus.Furthermore,the hardness was tested by Brinell hardness tester under different experimental conditions.According to the results from the data analysis,the optimal process was obtained to optimize the distribution of primary Si phase by controlling the solution temperature and time and other parameters.
