摘 要:采用单辊快淬法制备Fe77Co2Zr9B10Cu2合金,并对该合金在600℃退火后,分别在炉内、空气和液氮中冷却,研究冷却条件对合金性能的影响。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)研究合金的微观结构;利用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量合金的磁性能。结果表明,快淬态的Fe77Co2Zr9B10Cu2合金带含有α-Fe(Co)和H相。600℃退火后,在炉内冷却的合金中仅观察到α-Fe(Co)相,而经空气和液氮中冷却的合金中除α-Fe(Co)相仍然存在部分H相。600℃退火后,在炉内和空气中冷却后合金的磁性能相差不大。Fe77Co2Zr9B10Cu2alloy was prepared by single roller melt-spinning and annealed at 600 ℃,and then followed by furnace cooling,air cooling and liquid-nitrogen cooling,respectively. Effect of cooling condition on properties of the alloy was studied. Microstructure of the alloy was investigated by X-ray diffraction( XRD) and transmission electron microscopy( TEM). The magnetic properties were measured by means of vibrating sample magnetometer( VSM). The results show that H-phase and α-Fe( Co) phase are observed in the rapidly quenched alloy ribbon. Only α-Fe( Co) phase is observed in the alloy annealed at 600 ℃ followed by furnace cooling. Some H phase can still be observed in the sample annealed at 600 ℃ followed by air cooling and liquid-nitrogen cooling. The magnetic property of the Fe77Co2Zr9B10Cu2 alloy annealed at 600 ℃ followed by furnace cooling or by air cooling have not much difference.
