摘  要:通过加入氢氟酸对铈基碳酸稀土进行氟化,得到含氟铈基稀土抛光粉前躯体,再经高温焙烧、粉碎分级,得到含氟铈基稀土抛光粉。研究了两种氟化方式对含氟铈基稀土抛光粉的物相结构、粒度大小及分布、抛光性能的影响。结果表明,氟化方式对铈基稀土抛光粉的抛光能力影响不大,但先碳酸氢铵沉淀后氢氟酸氟化所制备前驱体和抛光粉的粒度显著减小,粒度分布变窄。The precursor of fluorine-containing cerium-based rare earth polishing powder was obtained by fluoridization of cerium-based rare earth carbonate added with hydrofluoric acid,and then it was roasted at high temperature and ground and graded to prepare fluorine-containing cerium-based rare earth polishing powder.The effects were investigated of two fluoridization methods on phase structure,particle size and distribution and polishing performance of fluorine-containing cerium-based rare earth polishing powder.The results show that fluoridization method has no obvious effect on polishing performance of cerium-based rare earth polishing powder.However,the particle size is significantly reduced of the polishing power and its precursor prepared by fluoridization with hydrofluoric acid at first and then precipitation with ammonium bicarbonate,and their particle size distribution is narrower.
