摘 要:为探索铁矿粉配比和煤种对铁焦制备的影响,以40kg焦炉实验方式进行了现场混合煤和1/3焦煤的铁焦制备。研究表明:在1/3焦煤配比为50%~90%(质量分数)范围内,以1/3焦煤:铁矿粉为9∶1的效果最佳,M40为54.3%,M10为8.8%,金属化率可以达到60%左右,所得焦炭反应性CRI为42.5%,提高铁矿粉配比,则铁焦内部孔洞尺寸和数目增加,M40指标下降,M10指标上升,但CRI指标增加。In order to explore the influence of iron ore proportion and coal type on the preparation of iron coke briquette,an investigation on iron coke preparation with mixed coal and 1/3low quantity coal by 40 kg coke oven was carried out.The results show that when 1/3coking coal was in the range of 50%to 90%,iron coke with 10%iron ores and 90%coking coal was be the best M40 and M10 were 54.3%and 8.8%separately,and the metal rate of iron coke was about 60%,CRI index reached 42.5%.The pore size and number increased in iron coke with increasing of iron ore proportion,and the quantity index M40 and M10of iron coke deteriorated,whereas the CRI index improved.
