摘　　要：迁钢冷轧酸再生机组是引进的安德里茨成套的生产技术,并在由脱硅和酸再生组合的经典机组配置的基础之上增加为硅钢酸洗配套的预脱硅系统。介绍了预脱硅系统的工艺原理和流程,根据实际的运行情况总结了预脱硅系统的运行特点,展现其应对硅质量分数高的废酸的优势。分析了预脱硅系统运行中暴露的问题并针对这些问题制定有效的解决措施。The ARP of Qiansteel cold strip plant have introduced waste acid regenertation technology from ADRITZ Company.The pre-sedimentation system that was special for silicon steel pickling,was designed to the classic plant,which composes the WAPUR and regeneration system.The principle and program of the pre-sedimentation process were introduced.The character,which was in working situation,was summarized.The advantage for high silincon waste acid was shown.The problem in working was analysed,and the measure was given.
