摘  要:根据某厂连铸薄板坯生产SS400钢过程中出现的典型漏钢现象进行分析,通过化学成分分析、连铸操作参数分析、FDA曲线分析、漏钢图片分析找到漏钢的真正原因,这次漏钢主要属于卷渣漏钢,采取了有效措施以避免以后发生类似生产事故。措施1是炼钢作业区保证连浇炉次中间包钢水过热度在15~35℃范围内;措施2是降低拉速时要求按照规定每次降低按0.1m/min进行操作,以保障生产顺行,提高连铸机作业率。Based on the production of SS400 steel by continuous casting slab in a certain factory,the typical steel leakage phenomenon was analyzed through chemical composition analysis,continuous casting parameters analysis,the FDA curve analysis,steel image analysis and the real reason for the leakage of steel was found.It was mainly caused by the leakage of steel slag,and effective measures were taken to prevent similar production accidents in the future.Measures included:to ensure the overheat temperature of the molten steel in the tundish between 15 to 35℃in the steelmaking section;in accordance with the relevant provisions of 0.1m/min every time when reduce speed to ensure the smooth production and improve the continuous casting machine operation efficiency.
