摘 要:对42Cr Mo钢Ni-W-P三元合金镀层进行400℃×1 h热处理。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射技术,分析了Ni-W-P三元合金镀层热处理后的组织结构变化。测试了热处理对镀层显微硬度、耐磨、耐蚀性能的影响,研究了镀层在石油介质中的腐蚀磨损性能。结果表明,热处理后镀层结构由混晶态转变成晶态,显微硬度得到提高,耐磨损性能优于未经热处理的镀件。The Ni-W-P coating on 42 Cr Mo steel was heat treated at 400 ℃ for 1 h. The structure and properties of electroless Ni-W-P ternary alloy coating was improved by the heat treatment,which was investigated through SEM,XRD analysis. The effect of heat treatment on hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of Ni-W-P coating was tested,and the corrosion and wear resistance of Ni-W-P coating after heat treatment in oil medium was studied. The results show that after heat treatment,the Ni-W-P coating changes from mixed amorphous to crystalline. The microhardness is improved,and wear-resisting performance is better than those sample without heat treatment.
