摘  要:对20钢制滚筒及相同材质的试样进行了碳氮共渗、淬火、清洗、回火处理。测定了试样和工件的表面硬度、淬硬层深度和渗层的碳浓度梯度并观察了试样的显微组织。结果表明:试样和工件在试验工艺下,回火前表面硬度值达到66 HRC,淬硬层深度达到0.92 mm,马氏体及残留奥氏体组织级别≤3级,碳浓度由表及里平滑过渡,回火后性能完全达到了技术要求,零件的服役情况良好。The 20 steel drums and the same material samples were carbonitrided,hardened,cleaned,and tempered. Then surface hardness,case depth and carbon concentration gradient of carbonitriding layer for the samples were measured and the microstructure was observed. The results show that the samples and the work pieces treated by the process defined,the surface hardness reaches 66 HRC before tempering,hardening depth is 0. 92 mm,microstructure level of martensite and retained austenite are equaled by 3 grade or less,the carbon concentration from surface to inner is smooth transition,properties of the tempered part fully meet the technical requirements,the parts service condition is good.
