摘  要:采用晶界工程技术对汽轮发电机轴瓦用工业纯铜进行单步冷拉拔变形以及退火处理,研究了冷变形量对纯铜轴瓦组织以及性能的影响。结果表明,与其他变形量的试样相比,预处理后再经过10%变形量冷拉拔和500℃×60 min退火后的纯铜轴瓦试样具有较好的综合性能,晶界优化效果明显。优化处理后试样的硬度为43.8 HB,导电率为97.81%IACS,晶粒尺寸较小,晶粒度为29.6μm。纯铜组织内部以∑3晶界为主,比例达到88.16%,构成低∑值CSL晶界网络,晶界优化效果较好,同时表现出良好的塑性。One-step cold drawing deformation and annealing treatment were carried out on the copper bearing bush used for turbine generator by grain boundary engineering technology. Effect of cold deformation on microstructure and properties of copper bearing bush was investigated.The results show that, compared to other deformation samples, the copper bearing bush sample after pretreatment and then 10%deformation of cold drawing and finally annealing treatment at 500℃for 60 min has better comprehensive properties, and the optimization of grain boundary yields excellent results.The hardness of the optimized sample is 43.8 HB, the conductivity is 97.81%IACS, the grain is fine and the grain size is 29.6 μm.TheΣ3 grain boundaries that reach a ratio of 88.16%of the copper constitute a low-ΣCSL grain boundary network, which has better grain boundaries optimization effect and good plasticity.
