摘 要:提出一种由形状记忆合金(shape memory alloy,简称SMA)螺旋弹簧和平面滑动支座组成的SMA弹簧-摩擦支座(SMA Spring-Friction Bearing,简称SFB)。根据SFB的构造和工作原理,推导了描述其力学性能的理论模型。为考察SFB在双层球面网壳结构隔震控制中的适用性和减振效果,将SFB设置在网壳屋盖与下部结构之间形成柱顶隔震机制。通过有限元分析软件SAP 2000建立含有下部结构的网壳结构隔震体系数值计算模型,针对这一网壳隔震体系的地震响应进行数值模拟。计算结果表明,SFB能够有效降低网壳结构的地震响应,并具有优良的支座位移控制性能与复位能力。A friction bearing conbined with large size SMA coil springs was put forward to develop a new type of isolator entitled as SMA spring-friction bearing ( SFB) .Based on the configuration and working principle , theoretical model of mechanical performance of the SFB was derived .In order to investigate feasibility and vibration reduction effect of the SFB in double layer spherical lattice shell structures , a column top isolation structrue with the SMA-based bearings installed between the lattice shell roof and the substructure was considered .The finite element analysis software SAP 2000 was utilized to establish the numerical model of the isolated lattice shell structure with substructure .Numerical simulation of dynamic response of the seismically isolated structure was carried out .The calculation results indicated that the proposed SFB could reduce the seismic response of the lattice shell structures effectively , and that the SFB had excellent bearing displacement control performance and re -centring capability .
