摘　　要：为充分了解新发现"无毛"表型大白猪群体的生物学特性,以正常表型大白猪为对照,对"无毛"表型大白猪生长性能、繁殖性能、屠宰性能和肉品质进行了测定。结果显示,在相同饲养条件下,"无毛"表型仔猪初生重、达100kg体质量日龄及100kg活体背膘厚、繁殖性能均与正常表型大白猪无显著差异(P>0.05)。在屠宰性能上,"无毛"表型大白猪宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率、背膘厚、瘦肉率、脂肪率、骨率、皮率均与正常表型大白猪无显著差异(P>0.05);不同屠宰体质量情况下,"无毛"表型大白猪的胴体质量、屠宰率、背膘厚随屠宰体质量的增加而呈上升趋势,但屠宰率无显著性变化(P>0.05);此外,"无毛"表型大白猪瘦肉率、脂肪率随屠宰体质量的增加而呈上升趋势,而骨率、皮率呈下降趋势,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。在肉质性状上,"无毛"表型大白猪肉色、pH值、大理石纹、肌内脂肪含量均与正常表型猪无显著差异(P>0.05)。"无毛"表型大白猪肉质性状中除肌内脂肪含量随屠宰体质量的增加而呈上升趋势外,其他性状与屠宰体质量均无显著关联。结果表明,"无毛"大白猪在主要生产性能方面均表现正常,无毛性状对猪的繁殖性能、生长发育和产肉性能均无显著影响。In order to investigate the fundamental property and lay the foundation for further research of the newly discovered Yerkshire with glabrous phenotype.In this paper,the normal yerkshire was as control,the growth characters,reproductive performance,carcass traits and pork quality of the hairless were detected respectively.These results suggested that under the same feeding conditions,the individual birth weight,age of relative body quality at 100 kg,backfat thickness of relative body quality at 100 kg and reproductive performance had no significant difference between the hairless and the normal(P>0.05).There were no statistical differences in live weight,carcass weight,dressing percentage,backfat thickness,lean percentage,fat percentage,bone percentage and skin percentage between the hairless and the normal(P>0.05).As slaughter weight increased in the hairless,the carcass weight,dressing percentage and backfat thickness showed a marginal increase(P>0.05);the lean percentage and fat percentage appeared to be increased while the bone percentage and skin percentage decreased slightly,with no significant difference(P>0.05).In meat quality traits,the meat color score,pH,marbling score and intramuscular fat were not differ significantly from normal controls(P>0.05).Above all,it indicated that the main performance of the hairless were normal,that is,glabrous traits had no significant effect on the growth,reproduction ability and meat performance.
