摘 要:为探讨锦珠草颗粒对鸡大肠杆菌病的防治效果及作用机理,将350羽12日龄海兰褐鸡随机均分7组:锦珠草颗粒预防组,低、中、高剂量治疗组,药物对照组,模型对照组和健康对照组。除健康对照组外,其余各组均胸肌接种鸡大肠杆菌O78,预防组于攻毒前3 d灌服锦珠草颗粒,各药物治疗组于攻毒后6 h给药,连用5 d。结果表明,锦珠草颗粒预防组保护率极显著高于模型组(P<0.01),低、中、高剂量组有效率、治愈率极显著高于模型组(P<0.01),与药物对照组相当(P>0.05);锦珠草颗粒预防组体增质量极显著高于模型组和药物对照组,中、高剂量组与健康对照组相当(P>0.05);中剂量组在试验第11天时血清TNF-α和IL-1β含量显著低于模型组(P<0.05);中、高剂量组在第3,7,11天时ALT、AST、ALB和TBIL的水平与模型组比较差异极显著(P<0.01),与健康对照组相当(P>0.05),其中TBIL水平极显著低于药物对照组(P<0.01)。说明锦珠草颗粒能有效抑制促炎因子,调节或控制血清生化指标,有效防治鸡大肠杆菌病。The purpose of the study was to explore the therapy effect of Jinzhucao granules,and its mechanism on avian colibacillosis. 350 12-day-old HY line brown chicken were divided into 7 groups randomly,including prevention group treated with Jinzhucao granules,treatment groups treated with low-dose,middose and high-dose of Jinzhucao granules,respectively,drug control group treated with the other medicine,model group and healthy control group. Every group was challenged with E. colli O78 via pectoral muscle injection except the healthy control group. The prevention group was treated with Jinzhucao granules 3 days before challenged with E. colli O78,while other challenged groups were treated 6 hours after challenged for 5 days. The results showed that the protection rate of prevention group was extremely higher than that of model group( P <0. 01),the effectiveness rate and the cure rate from the low-dose,mid-dose and high-dose were extremely higher than those of model group( P < 0. 01),but no significant difference compared with drug control group( P > 0.05),respectively. The increase of body weight in prevention group was extremely higher than that of model group and drug control group,respectively. There were no different among mid-dose,high-dose and healthy control group( P > 0. 05); the concentrations of TNF-α and IL-1β in serum from mid-dose group at 11 d were lower than those of model group( P < 0. 05),respectively; the levels of ALT,AST,ALB and TBIL in serum from middose and high-dose group were extremely higher than those from model group at 3,7,11 d( P < 0. 01),but no significant difference compared with healthy control group,respectively,the level of TBIL was extremely lower than that of drug control group( P < 0. 01). All these data suggest that Jinzhucao granules prevent avian colibacillosis effectively by inhibiting production of proinflammatory cytokines,regulating or controlling biochemistry indexes.
