摘 要:对浇注式沥青混凝土摊铺温度所造成的钢箱梁应力场及变形特征展开探索。基于瞬态热传导数值模型,分析了摊铺过程钢箱梁结构的应力场分布,并就各结构参数对温度场的影响进行研究,讨论摊铺温度场对铺装层厚度的影响规律。研究结果表明:钢桥面板的变形主要发生于摊铺区,跨中截面变形最大,其竖向最大位移为0.0075m;摊铺边缘的应力最为不利,桥面板主要受纵向应力作用,且峰值均位于横隔板正上方,而横隔板主要承担横向应力作用;摊铺边缘应力复杂,处于该区域的结构在受力上较为不利;温度变形引起的摊铺厚度差呈抛物线分布,模拟值均接近1mm。钢箱梁各结构部件承受不利摊铺温度应力作用,易引起局部稳定性问题,而钢桥面板温度变形引起的摊铺厚度问题也需要重视。The stress field and deformation characteristics of steel box girder induced by the gussasphalt concrete paving temperature was investigated in this work. The stress field of steel box girder structure during the paving process was analyzed based on the transient heat transfer model,and the effects of structure parameters on temperature field were also studied. Furthermore,the influencing rule of paving temperature field on pavement thickness was discussed. Research results show that the deformation of bridge deck mainly appears in the paving region,and the maximum deformation occurs in the mid-span section with the maximum vertical displacement as 0. 0075m; The worst stress can be found at the paving edge,and the bridge deck is mainly subjected to the action of longitudinal stress with all the peak values above the diaphragm plate which is mainly subjected to the action of transversal stress; The stress states at the paving edge are complex,and the mechanical response in this region are unfavorable; Due to the temperature induced deformation,the variation of paving thickness deviation appears to be parabolic,with the values of simulation close to 1mm. Owing to the worse stress induced by paving temperature,components of steel box girder are susceptive to the local stability problem,indicating that the paving thickness deviation induced by temperature deformation deserves more attention.
