摘 要:寒区隧道保温层厚度解析计算结果需要根据隧址区气象条件进行修正,通过探究隧道多年冻土段隔热层厚度解析计算结果是否需要修正,以获得隔热层铺设厚度安全、适用的计算方法。基于多层圆筒壁热传导理论,结合由斯蒂芬公式计算得到的围岩最大融化深度,以围岩与初衬之间的温度为0℃作为控制条件,推导了隧道多年冻土段隔热层双层铺设时所需厚度的解析计算公式。进而对该解析方法计算结果存在的误差及来源进行分析,并将该解析方法和有限元数值方法的计算结果进行比较。研究结果表明:隧道多年冻土段隔热层铺设厚度的解析计算结果略大于数值计算结果,其差值在1~2cm左右,在实际工程应用中,考虑到隔热层厚度的规格和工程安全系数,可认为对于隧道多年冻土段,隔热层铺设厚度解析计算方法是合理可行的。Analytical calculation for thermal-insulation layer thickness of tunnels in cold region should be corrected according to the meteorological conditions at the site. A safe and suitable calaulating method of tunnel insulation thickness at permafrost zone was proposed by exploring the necessity of correction of analytical solution. Based on the heat transfer theory for multilayer cylindrical shell,the maximum melting depth of surrounding rock was calculated by Stephen formula and the temperature of 0℃ between the surrounding rock and primary lining was selected as the control condition,and furthermore, the analytical calculation formula for thermal-insulation layer thickness of tunnel in permafrost area was presented. Moreover,the errors of analytical results and the sources of errors were analyzed,and the analytical results were compared with those of numerical solutions. The research results show that the thickness of thermal-insulation layer of tunnel in permafrost region calculated by analytical method is slightly larger than that of numerical calculations by 1 to 2cm. In practical engineering applications,the analytical calculation formula of thermalinsulation layer thickness is considered to be reasonable and feasible for the tunnels in permafrost regions by considering the specifications for the thermal-insulation layer thickness and safety factors of engineering.
