摘 要:提出了一种新型数字调谐宽带捷变频振荡器设计方案,实现了优于1μs的捷变频指标。阐述了数字调谐振荡器的基本原理,给出了压控振荡器(VCO)调谐电压非线性的解决方法。着重介绍了影响数字调谐振荡器捷变频的因素及减少捷变频时间的方法。针对运算放大器的建立时间及补偿电容做了重点分析,对不同容值所对应的捷变频时间给出了测试结果与分析。最终设计出数字调谐振荡器的测试频率准确度为±2MHz,相位噪声约-75d Bc/Hz@100k Hz。A novel digital tuning wideband oscillator with the function of frequency agility is presented in this paper.Its agile time is less than 1μs. Firstly,the basic principle of digital tuning oscillator is given,and then a nonlinear compensation method of tuning voltage in the design of voltage-controlled oscillator( VCO) is discussed. The study of this paper focuses on analyzing the factors affecting the frequency agile ability of digital tuner oscillator and looking for a good method of reducing frequency agile time. Finally,the relationship between the frequency agile time and compensated capacitor of operational amplifier is measured and analyzed. The digital tuning oscillator frequency accuracy is ± 2MHz,and the phase noise is-75 d Bc / Hz@ 100 k Hz.
