摘 要:提出了内置芯柱保温夹层组合砖砌体,为研究其抗压性能,进行了4组不同材料和不同构造措施的保温夹层砖砌体受压性能试验研究。第一组为粘土砖试件,第二组为再生混凝土砖试件,第三组为粘土砖夹砌粉煤灰砌块试件,第四组为再生混凝土砖夹砌粉煤灰砌块试件;每组4个试件,分别为普通砌体、内置方木芯柱砌体、内置方钢管混凝土芯柱砌体、内置圆钢管混凝土芯柱砌体;共计16个试件。基于试验,研究了不同构造作法对保温夹层砖砌体受压性能的影响,对比分析了各试件的承载力、损伤破坏特征和受压变形过程,给出了内置芯柱保温夹层砖砌体受压承载力计算公式。研究表明,内置芯柱保温夹层砖砌体与普通砌体相比,受压承载力和延性均明显提高。A brick masonry structure with thermal-insulation sandwich and built-in core columns is put forward in this paper. In order to study the compression behavior,the experiments on four different brick masonry groups of thermal-insulation sandwich with different materials and construction measures were conducted. These groups include common clay brick,regeneration concrete brick,common clay brick with fly ash block and regeneration concrete brick with fly ash block. In each group,there are four specimens,which include common masonry,built-in square timber( bearing parallel to grain) masonry,built-in square concrete filled steel tube masonry,and built-in circular concrete filled steel tube masonry. A total of sixteen specimens were designed and tested. Based on the experiments,the influence of the construction measures on the compression bearing capacity of brick masonry with thermal-insulation sandwich were researched. The bearing capacity,damage characteristics and compressive deformation process were analyzed. In addition,the calculation formula of compression bearing capacity was put forward. The researches indicate that brick masonry structure with thermal-insulation sandwich and core columns inside has better compression behavior and ductility,compared with ordinary masonry structure.
