摘　　要：发展低碳经济可有效解决环境问题。大力倡导低碳经济,发展绿色GDP,不断优化节能减排,实施低碳发展新路径。推进清洁生产方式,积极构建全社会的和谐愿景。Developing low-carbon economy is an effective way to solve environmental problems China should stick to the development of low-carbon industry and the pursuit of green GDP growth, work out the developing measures to make the energy conservation and emission reduction, construct the development path of low-carbon economy. So,we can promote clean production and achieve the harmonious development of the whde society.
