摘　　要：三角形具有稳定性,但在立体空间中,三角形的形状和各顶点的质量不容忽视;据此提出了三角稳定度的测算方法及其在外交事务中的应用策略.处理好双边关系主要靠实力,处理好三边关系既需要实力也需要智慧,巧妙斡旋,分化瓦解他方实力,可以在一定程度上增强自身的控制力和影响力.利用三角稳定原理处理外交事务的基本思路是:如果要建立和维持稳定,则要努力构建三角关系;如果要打破稳定、防止稳定,则要主动破坏或制止三角格局的形成.结合中国外交中4个典型的三角外交关系,验证了三角稳定模型的有效性和合理性.Triangle is stable,but in three-dimensional space,both the shape itself and quality of the vertexes contribute to stability.According to this principle,we propose a calculation method of triangle stability in foreign relations and corresponding application strategy.It is known that dealing with bilateral relationship mainly depends on national power,while in trilateral relationship the wisdom of mediation,disintegration and alignment can play crucial role.By such methods,one country can enhance her control force and influence.The basic idea of using triangle stability principle in foreign affairs is that if you want to build and maintain steady state in foreign affairs,you have to build a triangle relation with others.If you want to break stability and prevent stability,you have to take the initiative to destroy or prevent the formation of a triangle pattern.We used four typical diplomatic relations of China as examples to verify this validity and rationality of the triangular stability model.
