摘 要:为明确小麦农家品种所含抗条锈病基因组成及其抗病性和遗传特点,通过接种中国小麦条锈菌生理小种CYR31、CYR32和CYR33,对红锁条和白蚂蚱2个农家品种进行抗病性鉴定、基因推导及系谱分析和苗期抗病性遗传分析。结果显示,红锁条和白蚂蚱苗期均高抗3个流行小种CYR31、CYR32和CYR33,成株期高抗CYR32;红锁条和白蚂蚱均含有未知抗条锈病基因;红锁条对CYR31和CYR32的抗病性由2对隐性独立或重叠遗传基因控制,对CYR33的抗病性由1对隐性基因控制;白蚂蚱对CYR31的抗病性由2对显性互补基因控制,对CYR32的抗病性由1对显性基因控制,对CYR33的抗病性由2对隐性独立或重叠基因控制。农家品种红锁条和白蚂蚱含有抗条锈病基因,可以为抗病育种提供新抗源。In order to characterize the stripe rust genetic resistance compositions and traits of wheat landraces to stripe rust,three Chinese races,CYR31,CYR32 and CYR33 of Puccinia striiformis f. sp.tritici were selected,to carry out resistance identification,resistance gene postulation,pedigree analysis and genetic analysis of seedling resistance of two Chinese wheat landraces Hongsuotiao and Baimazha.The results indicated that both landraces are highly resistant to the three races of P. striiformis f. sp. tritici at seedling stage and showed highly adult resistance to CYR32. It was supposed that both possibly contain unknown resistance gene( s) based on gene postulation and pedigree analyses. Through genetic analysis,we found that resistance to CYR31 and CYR32 in Hongsuotiao was controlled by two independent or duplicate recessive genes,but to CYR33 by one recessive resistance gene. However,the stripe rust resistance of Baimazha was controlled by one dominant resistance gene to CYR31,by two dominant resistance genes to CYR32,and by two independent or duplicate recessive genes to CYR33. Both landraces Hongsuotiao and Baimazha,which have resistance genes to stripe rust,can be used as new resistance sources.
