摘 要:为了研究感应加热电饭煲空间电磁场对其热效率的影响,以一台1 300 W感应加热电饭煲为例,利用ANSOFT软件建立样机三维电磁场有限元模型.在其他条件不变的情况下,分别采用两种磁条结构分析比较了样机模型中电磁场与输出涡流功率的分布情况,并且对样机的漏磁情况进行了分析.将实验测得的漏磁、热效率与仿真值进行对比,验证了仿真方法的正确性.有限元法对感应加热电饭煲电磁场与漏磁的分析结果为相关感应加热系统的优化设计、安全使用提供了参考.In order to analyze the space electromagnetic field on the thermal efficiency of induction heating cooker,a 1 300 W induction heating cooker was taken as an example,and a 3D finite element electromagnetic field model was established with the ANSOFT software. Under the situation that other conditions were unchanged,the distribution of electromagnetic field and eddy current power of prototype was compared and analyzed with two different magnetic stripe structures,respectively. In addition,the magnetic flux leakage of prototype was also analyzed. The measured magnetic flux leakage and thermal efficiency were compared with the simulated values,and the correctness of simulated method was verified. The analysis on the electromagnetic field and magnetic flux leakage of induction heating cooker with the finite element method can provide the references for the optimal design and safe usage of relevant induction heating system.
