摘　　要：美国律师协会推出的司法改革指数体系、法治指数体系等评估工具比较成功,其指标选择立足于主要国家的一般做法及相关国际立法的普遍性要求,既有定性也有定量研究的指标体系,评估对象涵盖了有关的法律文本及其实际运行状况,基础数据主要采集于关键信息拥有人,并能定期更新,既可用于对司法改革进行较全面综合的评估,也有专门性的特殊评估工具。这些对构建我国的司法体制改革评价指标体系均有较大借鉴价值。American Bar Association makes a great success on providing index system of judicial reform and rule of law indicators. It based on common practice of main countries and universal request of international legislation to create index and indicators,which include qualitative and quantitative index system,covering related legal texts with their operation status. Basic data of this index system mainly collected from key information owners and update timely,which can be used to evaluate judicial reform comprehensively and as specific assessment instrument specially simultaneously. All the characteristics above have the reference value for establishing evaluation index system of judicial reform in China.
