摘　　要：采用文献资料法、计算和科学预测的方法,对我国竞技体育可持续发展及人才培养体系进行了研究.认为中国竞技体育应回归教育,以形成新的"举国体制";在教育系统内部应以四级"任务学校"的形式构建竞技体育人才培养体系,并对各级"任务学校"的数量进行了可行性测算.Literature review,computation and scientific prediction were applied to examine the system for sustainable development and talent training in competitive sports.It is concluded that competitive sports in China should be based on education,in order to establish a new 'national system'.Within the educational system,talent training should be built in the form of 4-level'mission schools'.The number of mission schools at all levels is predicted.
