转型背景下民办高校财务管理专业教学改革思考

摘　　要：民办高校的办学宗旨是满足地方经济发展需要。目前国民经济正处于转型期,为了和国家经济发展相适应,多所高校将面临向应用技术型转型的形势,作为和经济发展相伴而生的财务管理专业转型也成为必然。因此,民办高校应在财务管理专业培养目标拟定、专业特色、专业课程与实践课程设置、"双师型"教师队伍的建设方面展开思考,以期为财务管理专业的定位和发展提供有益参考。The mission of private colleges is to satisfy the regional economic demand.National economy is currently in a transitional period.In order to adapt to the national economic development,several private colleges have to build 'vocational oriented' teaching mode.As a consequence,the financial management specialty has to transform its teaching methods.Moreover,the issue of how to improve financial management specialty will also be discussed regularly.Thinking about how to set teaching targets,features,curriculums and internships in financial management teaching process,and to build and develop 'double capability' lecturers' team is conducive to provide beneficial references on the orientation and development of financial management specialty.
