摘 要:为了探讨复合抗菌肽对断奶仔猪血清抗氧化功能的影响,选取90头26日龄、体质量相近(8.24±0.67)kg的杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分成5组。对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组在基础日粮中添加黄芪多糖400mg/kg,Ⅲ~Ⅴ组在基础日粮中分别添加复合抗菌肽250、500、1 000mg/kg,分别检测第32、39、46和53日龄仔猪血清SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC活力、抑制OH·能力和MDA含量。结果显示,各日龄点,Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组血清SOD活力显著高组组(P<0.01或0.05)(除Ⅱ组第32天),Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组血清MDA含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.01或0.05)(除Ⅱ组第32天,Ⅳ组第39天),Ⅱ~Ⅴ组血清T-AOC和抑制OH·能力均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01或0.05)。各试验指标随抗菌肽添加剂量的增加,效果更明显,以抗菌肽1 000mg/kg添加剂量最佳,优于黄芪多糖400mg/kg添加量(P<0.01或0.05)。由此表明,复合抗菌肽能够有效提高断奶仔猪血清抗氧化功能,增强仔猪抗断奶应激能力。To examine the effect of antibacterial peptides(ABP)and astragalus polysaccharide(AP)on the serum antioxidant function,90 healthy weaned piglets(26-day-old)were randomly divided into five groups based on weight(8.24±0.67)kg.The control group(Ⅰ)was fed basal diet,AP group(Ⅱ)was fed basal diet and AP 400mg/kg,ABP groupsⅢ-Ⅴ were fed basal diet with ABP at a dosage of 250 mg/kg,500 mg/kg,1 000 mg/kg,respectively.The serum antioxidant indices were determined at 32,39,46 and 53days of age.The results showed that the value of SOD in the groupsⅡ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ were markedly greater(P<0.01 or 0.05)than that higher of groupⅠ(except groupsⅡ,Ⅳ on 32d).The levels of serum GSH-Px in the groupsⅡ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ were significantly higher(P<0.01 or 0.05)than those of the groupⅠ(except groupⅡ on 32d).The contents of the serum MDA in the groupsⅡ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ were significantly lower(P<0.01 or 0.05)than those of groupⅠ(except groupⅡ on 32d,groupⅣ on 39d).The levels of serum T-AOC and inhibition of OH·capacity in the groupsⅡ-Ⅴwere significantly higher(P<0.01 or 0.05)than those of the groupⅠ.The antioxidant function of serum in the ABP groups was dose dependent,the optimum add dosage of ABP was found to be 1 000mg/kg,and was superior(P<0.01 or 0.05)to the 400mg/kg AP group.The present results indicated that ABP could effectively improve the serum antioxidant enzyme activity,and protect the cell from damage in weaned piglets.
