摘 要:将5对2月龄NIH稀毛小鼠合笼,同时将5对2月龄正常小鼠合笼。记录窝产仔数与仔鼠离乳期存活率。使用统计学方法对1月龄与2月龄NIH稀毛小鼠与正常小鼠(雄性5只,雌性5只)的心、肝、脾、肺、肾的脏器系数进行分析。取1月龄的NIH稀毛小鼠与正常小鼠心、肝、肺、肾、背部皮肤石蜡切片后光镜观察,取1周龄与2周龄的NIH稀毛小鼠与正常小鼠的背部皮肤进行电镜扫描观察。研究发现NIH稀毛小鼠幼鼠的窝产仔数与仔鼠离乳期存活率均低于NIH正常小鼠,部分脏器系数差异显著(P<0.05),心、肝、肺、肾组织学并未发现明显差异。NIH稀毛小鼠的背部皮肤表现为皮下组织及真皮层内毛囊数量较少且毛囊出现角化现象,未见观察到明显的毛干结构。Five pairs of sparse hair NIH mice and normal NIH mice each were bred and observed everyday.Their litter size and livability were recorded.30 dand 60dold groups of each species(male=5,female=5)were dissected and the organ coefficient of heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney were recorded.The tissue samples from 30 dold groups were made into parafin section.The tissue samples from 7dand 14 dold groups were scanned by SEM.Compared to the normal NIH mice,the litter number and livability of post-weaning mice from sparse hair NIH mice were lower,some of the organ coefficients were significant different(P<0.05).There was no pathological change of heart,liver,lung and kidney were observed between the two species,but the hair follicles in hypoderm and dermis of sparse hair NIH mice were less and keratosic.Structure of hair shaft was not observed in sparse hair NIH mice.
