空间信息技术在长城资源调查中的应用进展

摘　　要：2007年至2012年,国家文物局组织和开展了长城资源调查工作,国家测绘地理信息局全程合作并提供支持。长城资源调查工作是对我国境内的各时代长城资源进行的首次综合性专题科学调查,调查范围之广、难度之高,调查数据量之大,均属罕见。长城资源调查工作采用"文物定性,测绘定量"的模式,系统应用空间信息技术,获取了全面、完整、翔实和规范的长城资源数据。在此基础上,应深度开发和利用现有长城资源调查成果,并在今后长城保护管理监测中继续提高信息化水平,探索人工与技术有效结合的可持续性平衡,保障数据更新模式与运行成本的可行性,使空间信息技术成为文化遗产保护管理工作的有机组成部分。The Great Wall Resource Survey,a national project organized by State Administration of Cultural Heritage and supported by National Administration of Surveying,Mapping and Geoinformation,was carried out from 2007 to 2012.It is the first time that the Great Wall resources of all ages within the territory of China arecomprehensively and scientifically surveyed.The project encountered extremely high challenges,including the vastness of scope,high degree of difficulty and large amount of data.Spatial information technology was used systematically in the survey;and a complete,accurate and normative set of data were collected under a mode called 'identified with relics,quantified through mapping.' Spatial information technology is now becoming a part of the administration of the Great Wall and other cultural heritage sites,in order to make further development and better use of the achievements of the survey,to improve the informatization level of conservation,management and monitoring,to seek the sustainable balance between human and technology,and to guarantee the feasibility of updating mode and operating cost of the data.
