摘  要:沸石是一种经济、高效和环境友好的材料,具有吸附、离子交换与催化性能,可作为一种水处理材料用于控制环境污染。本论文探讨了利用盐改性沸石处理低浓度含Cu2+模拟废水的主要影响因素,包括处理时间、改性沸石用量、p H值、废水浓度和处理温度。实验结果表明,用2mol/L Na Cl改性的沸石1.2g处理100.0m L Cu2+质量浓度为10.44mg/L的模拟废水50min,最高去除率达到96.84%,Cu2+剩余浓度为0.33mg/L,处理效果达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准。Zeolite is an economical, efficient and environment-friend material with good performance of adsorption, ion exchange and catalysis, which was suitable for treatment of wastewater in environmental pollution control. Salt-modified zeolite was prepared by 2mol/L Na Cl and the influencing factors, such as adsorption time, dosage of modified zeolite, p H, temperature and concentration of simulated wastewater, for treatment of copper(II)-contained simulated wastewater were discussed. The experimental results showed that 100.0m L simulated wastewater containing 10.44mg/L of Cu2+ was treated by 1.2g of Na Cl modified zeolite for 50 min, removal efficiency was up to 96.84%, and the residual concentration of Cu2+ was 0.33mg/L. The treatment performance could reach the first-class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).
