摘  要:以烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG)、苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSNa)为原料,过硫酸铵[(NH4)2S2O8]为引发剂,蒸馏水为溶剂,通过自由基聚合制得PSS-APEG共聚物;再以PSS-APEG为模板和掺杂剂,3,4-二氧乙烯噻吩(EDOT)为单体,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,硫酸铁[Fe2(SO4)3]为催化剂,蒸馏水为溶剂,通过化学氧化法制得PEDOT:PSS-APEG水分散体。通过核磁(1H-NMR)对合成的PSS-APEG共聚物进行表征和分析。采用气相色谱仪(GC)、纳米激光粒度测试仪、紫外光谱仪(UV)、热重分析仪(TGA)、双电测四探针等对PEDOT:PSS-APEG水分散体的性能进行研究。结果表明,在不影响PEDOT:PSS薄膜透明性的条件下,当PSS-APEG与EDOT的质量比大于3时,APEG的引入可使得PEDOT:PSS薄膜的方块电阻明显减小,即导电率得到较大提高。In this study, PEDOT:PSS-APEG aqueous dispersions were synthesized by chemical oxidation with 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene as polymerization monomer, PSS-APEG as dopant and template, ammonium persulfate(APS) as oxidant, and ferric sulfate as catalyst. The copolymer of PSS-APEG was synthesized by free radical polymerization with sodium p-styrenesulfonate(SSNa) and poly(allyl ethylene glycol)(APEG) as monomer and ammonium persulphate(APS) as initiator. The structure of PSS-APEG were determined and validated by proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR) to confirm the bonding of APEG segments to PSS chains. The PEDOT:PSS-APEG was analyzed by gas chromatograph, nano laser particle size analyzer, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA), and four-point probe tester. The results showed that when the mass ratio of copolymer to EDOT was more than three, the square resistance of PEDOT:PSS was obviously higher than that of PEDOT:PSS-APEG, which indicated that the conductivity of the film was increased. Furthermore, the APEG had no effect on the transparency of PEDOT films.
