摘 要:近年来,我国图书版权"走出去"呈现繁荣景象:版权输出数量不断增长,版权贸易逆差逐渐缩小。然而,数量增长背后却有隐忧:"走出去"没有植根于市场化运作,而是依赖重大工程资助;"走出去"没有形成常态化模式,有应景之嫌;影响力低下,陷入数量崇拜的怪圈;结构失衡等。当前需要从政府和出版社两方入手寻求解决途径,厘清二者在"走出去"过程中扮演的角色,通过市场化运作,实现资源优化配置,取得长远发展,最大限度地提高文化影响力。In recent years, 'Going out' strategy of China's book copyright has boomed. The amount of output has constantly increased, and the deficit of copyright trade has gradually shrunk. However, the potential problems behind the quantity growth were bigger than ever, including the 'going out' strategy has not rooted in market operation but relied on funds of major projects. The strategy has not developed as a normalization mode but a temporary one. Low impact and only pursued the amount of outputs, thus the imbalance in the structure of China's copyright outputs. To deal with it, both the government and the publishers have their responsibilities. They have to distinguish their different roles in the 'going out' process, realize the optimal allocation of resources, make a long-term development and maximally improve the cultural influence of our country through market operation.
