我国高校人文社科学报开放存取现状调查与分析——以55种CSSCI来源学报为例

摘　　要：高校综合性人文社科学报具备实行开放存取的可行性和必要性。以CSSCI2008年以来发布的3版期刊目录中均收录的55种学报为调查对象,通过学报网站功能模块和开放存取的概念,设定基本信息功能、开放存取功能、信息服务功能和OA平台存储等评价标准,对这些学报的网站建设和开放存取状况进行详细调查。结果显示,文科学报的开放存取状况在我国整个人文社科领域具有优势,不过各学报间差异较大,尤其部分学报网站缺少有效维护和实时更新。最后就学报网站建设和维护、开放存取模式建设和基金资助提出建议。Based on 55 university journals listed in three versions of CSSCI journal directories since 2008, according to the function modules of university journal website and the concept of the open access, the paper sets up evaluation standards,for example, the basic information function, open access function, information service function, OA platform storage. Based on these standards, the paper closely investigates the situation on the website's building and open access. It shows that university journals are superior to other categories about open access in humanities and social science filed. However, huge gaps exists among the journals, especially, lack of effective maintenance and real-time update. At last the paper makes suggestions on model construction and funding in open access.
