摘 要:以荣华矿3采区轨道上山为例,分析了该巷产生底鼓的影响因素,依据围岩状态的不同,对上山完整围岩段和断层破碎围岩段进行分段,分别采取"反底拱+底板锚注"、"反底拱+全断面锚注+帮锚索"支护技术控制底板及两帮。铺设底拱时,针对上山巷道倾斜及运输量大的特点,提出了"分段短距超挖"技术。结果表明,该支护方式能够有效地治理巷道底鼓,为上山底鼓治理积累了宝贵经验。Taking the railway rise roadway of the 3 mining area in Ronghua mine as an example,the factors of influencing the floor heave are analyzed. According to the different states of surrounding rock,with the segmentation of full surrounding rock and faultage broken surrounding rock,'inverted arch + floor bolt grouting','inverted arch + full-section bolt grouting + side anchor rope'are respectively taken to control floor and two sides. According to the rise roadway characteristics of slant and large traffic,'segmented short over-excavation'technology is proposed when laying inverted arches. Results show that the supporting method can effectively control floor heave of roadway and accumulated valuable experiences for governing floor heave in rise roadway.
